As buildings age, sometimes they need a facelift. This historic building was facing continued seasonal flooding, requiring it to be lifted up to a higher elevation. A topographic survey was conducted by TopoMetriks using LiDAR to figure out how much the historic building actually needed to be lifted based on the surrounding topography. This site was characterized by the various structures which need precise placement within the topography, the heavy vegetation present throughout the site, and roads to the west and north of the property.
